Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new shop gets 30 days of Growth for free, with no payment details needed. When the trial ends your shop simply moves to the Free plan, unless you choose to pay. Nothing is deleted.
How do I pay?
From Settings → Plan in your ARCFLUS account. You pay through Paystack’s secure checkout with mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AT Money) or a bank card. ARCFLUS never sees your card number or MoMo PIN.
Does my plan renew by itself?
Mobile money payments cover the month or year you pay for and don’t renew by themselves, so you pay again for the next period. You can switch between monthly and yearly when you renew.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from Settings → Plan whenever you like. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then your shop moves to the Free plan.
What happens when a paid period ends?
You get a 7-day grace period with all your features. After that your shop moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your sales, stock, customers and history stay, and you can export them any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Settings → Plan; the new plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Does ARCFLUS take a cut of my MoMo payments?
No. ARCFLUS does not add a fee to payments you collect. Paystack, the licensed payment provider, charges its own processing fee, which is taken before the money is paid out to you. Payments you record yourself (for example MoMo sent to your own number) have no fee at all.
Do my staff or customers pay anything?
No. Your plan covers everyone on your team, up to your plan’s limit. Customers never pay to receive receipts or use your customer page.
